350 S. GRAND IS PRIVATE PROPERTY. THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF CERTAIN RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO 350 SOUTH GRAND. THIS LIST IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE, AND THE OWNERS, 350 SOUTH GRAND AVENUE (LA) OWNER, LLC, RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ENFORCE ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS AS PERMITTED BY LAW. REGULATION AND APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS. THE OWNERS MAY CHANGE THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS AT THEIR discretion and without prior notice.

  1. NO LOITERING, SLEEPING OR PANHANDLING.

  2. NO SKATEBOARDING, ROLLERBLADING, BIKE RIDING, OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC.

  3. NO TENTS, SHACKS, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT STRUCTURES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED.

  4. NO PERSONAL BELONGINGS MAY BE LEFT UNATTENDED.

  5. NO ACTIVITIES THAT ARE OR MAY BECOME AN ANNOYANCE, NUISANCE, SAFETY HAZARD, OR INTERFERE WITH THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE GROUNDS OR RETAIL AMENITIES.

  6. NO VANDALIZING, DEFACING, DAMAGING OR DESTROYING PROPERTY OR USING ANY FACILITY OR IMPROVEMENT FOR ANY UNINTENDED PURPOSE.

  7. METHCDS OF HIDING OR OBSCURING THE FACE, SUCH AS EXCESSIVE FACE PAINT, SCARVES, OR MASKS (EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER) ARE PROHIBITED
    ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES

  8. NO SMOKING, UNLESS IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY.

  • Secure underground parking is located at 351 S Olive St Los Angeles CA 90071. Pricing may vary.

  • There are four options available.

    • The main stage and the grass lawn have a capacity of 400 guests.

    • The amphitheater has a seating capacity of 300 guests.

    • The spiral court has a capacity of 100 guests.

    • Full house rental which consists of lower and upper plazas has a capacity of 6000.

  • Yes, all event spaces meet ADA requirements.
